I find it very interesting how this company has fluctuated between targeting female and male audiences. Not much has changed with their advertising since they decided to switch to male audience. It has always been the standard 'guy in cowboy hat.' Sometimes the pictures suggest that these are to be smoked by a rough male audience. Other times they suggest that females may smoke them as well. I believe that they have gone back and fourth between audiences so nobody feels discriminated against- they want as many buyers as possible and therefore must reach out to both sides. This is smart, as many products these days tend to hold some sort of bias in the gender community.
